Director, Product Management (Data & Agentic AI Platform)

Achieve is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the development of foundational enterprise capabilities, including a governed data platform and an agentic AI platform. This role involves defining platform strategy, managing migrations, and enabling teams to build and govern AI-driven workflows. The position will initially serve as a hands-on individual contributor before evolving into a team leadership role as the platforms mature.
