Thrivent is seeking a Director, Product Management to lead the strategy, modernization, and delivery of inforce servicing capabilities for its Life, Health, and Annuity portfolios. This role involves defining the product vision and roadmap while driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, and AI-enabled automation across complex, regulated environments. The successful candidate will build and mentor a high-performing team of Product Managers and Owners to deliver measurable improvements in customer outcomes andStraight-through processing.

Responsibilities

Define and execute product vision and multi-year roadmap for inforce servicing capabilities
Drive modernization of legacy platforms and supporting ecosystems through product-led transformation
Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new product capabilities and enhancements
Champion customer-centric product development practices to improve digital adoption and efficiency
