Director Product Management

This role is a senior product management leader within Cambium Networks’ Enterprise product management team, focused on driving software monetization and subscription services across the ONE Network platform. The position owns the lifecycle and business performance of the cnMaestro cloud-native network management and advanced services platform. It requires close collaboration with engineering, architecture, and go-to-market teams to expand software services, incorporate AI, and grow recurring revenue. The role is responsible for the platform’s pro forma P&L and key metrics such as TCV, ARR, churn, and attach rates.
