The Director of Product Management will lead the definition, design and governance of TBI’s AI and Innovation product and service portfolio, covering both in-house products and co-created solutions with partners. The role ensures products are grounded in client needs, commercially viable and operationally feasible, driving business cases and sourcing decisions. It is a strategic leadership position situated at the intersection of client demand, innovation and delivery, reporting into SD Commercial & Partnerships.
