Brandt New Zealand is seeking a Director of Product Support to lead a world-class product support operation and drive excellence across technical support, parts operations, warranty, and field service. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering a consistent, premium aftersales customer experience across the New Zealand branch network while ensuring the ongoing profitability and growth of the division. The successful candidate will work closely with branch leadership, suppliers, and John Deere to ensure customers receive the highest level of support.
