Director Product Value Stream

The Director Product Value Stream will own the end‑to‑end machine lifecycle value stream for Caterpillar's Hard Rock Vehicle portfolio, leading cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and product management to meet cost, quality, reliability and performance goals. The role also involves driving integration across the product lifecycle, partnering with assembly facilities, suppliers and customers, and developing a global team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
