Director, Production Innovation

The Director of Production Innovation leads the team responsible for identifying, piloting, and scaling emerging production technology across APAC, including generative AI and VFX workflow innovation. This role sets the innovation roadmap, manages technology managers, and partners with internal and external stakeholders to turn field pilots into org-wide guidance and standards. The position requires a leader with a strong point of view on technology's impact on creative and production outcomes.
