Director, Production (OCSE)

The Director, Production leads the management and execution of all arena Audio, Video, and Lighting systems for live events and sports at Honda Center. This hands-on role oversees AVL staff scheduling, production planning, technical workflows, and event-day execution while ensuring operational efficiency of broadcast control rooms and technical infrastructure. The position also involves owning departmental budgets, informing capital planning, and serving as a strategic production partner for internal stakeholders and external clients.
