Director, Program Management

The Director, Program Management leads the Defense and Systems Customer Experience portfolio, overseeing on-time delivery, program operating rhythms, and risk management for a $25+MM budget. This people-leadership role builds and coaches a team of program and project managers to establish delivery standards and drive predictable execution. The position requires expertise in managing scope, schedule, and cost tradeoffs while ensuring early escalation of dependencies and decisions.
