Director, Project Controls

The Director, Project Controls at QTS leads preconstruction estimating and onsite cost control teams responsible for large-scale construction and infrastructure project budgets from inception through completion. This senior leader ensures financial discipline, accurate cost and schedule forecasting, risk mitigation, and alignment with organizational objectives while collaborating with development, finance, accounting, and executive stakeholders. The role also manages vendor and contract compliance and drives standardization of project control practices across the portfolio.
