The Director, Project Controls serves as the primary audit, controls, and financial partner for the Site Delivery organization, bridging construction operations and corporate finance. This role ensures project budgets, forecasts, and schedules are accurate and current across the nationwide portfolio by managing cost tracking, schedule integration, and variance analysis. The position requires close collaboration with multiple teams to maintain schedule integrity, oversee financial controls, and deliver executive reporting.
