About this role

This senior leadership role leads Abbott's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function within the Diabetes Care division, shaping enterprise-level strategies and resource alignment. The position oversees portfolio operations, governance frameworks, and cross-functional program execution to drive organizational capability and strategic decision-making. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President, the leader manages high-priority issues, develops program managers, and partners with senior stakeholders across R&D, clinical, and commercial functions.
