Director, Project Management & Commercialization

The Director, Project Management & Commercialization leads the project management and commercialization function for engineering initiatives across Novolex Business Units. This role establishes strategic direction, advances standardized project management governance, and implements an enterprise stage-gate process to strengthen execution discipline and ensure alignment to business priorities. The position oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering projects, managing schedules, budgets, and technical specifications while serving as the primary bridge between the engineering team and stakeholders.
