Director, Project Management

The Director, Project Management leads the organization's project management function within a medical device environment, overseeing the Project Priority List and ensuring strategic alignment of cross-functional initiatives. This role manages a team of project and program managers, drives governance and continuous improvement of project management processes, and partners with executive leadership to achieve business objectives. The position requires onsite presence four days per week and involves managing project portfolios, risks, and stakeholder communication in a regulated industry.
