Director, Project / Programme Execution

This role serves as the primary business operations-to-technology transition lead supporting the WPM Technology & Digital Transformation function across APAC. The position bridges Operations, Technology Delivery Teams, and WPM Stakeholders to ensure technology implementations deliver sustainable operational outcomes, data integrity, governance, adoption, and business value. The role involves driving successful technology and data transition programs, assessing operational readiness, and developing standardized frameworks and best practices.
