The Director, Proposal Management leads the development of enterprise-scale bioprocessing proposals, integrating Repligen equipment, consumables, automation, software, and services into complete customer solutions. This role oversees the entire proposal lifecycle from early engagement through final submission, establishing governance, processes, and digital workflows to ensure consistency and quality. The position involves mentoring a team of Proposal Managers and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive commercial readiness and successful project handovers.
