About this role

The Director of Prospect Management and Research provides strategic leadership and hands‑on direction for WPI's prospect development program, overseeing research, management, and pipeline development to support major and planned gift fundraising. Reporting to the Executive Director of Advancement Operations, the role partners with gift officers and leadership, manages a research team, and ensures accurate prospect data and effective strategies.
