Director, Protective Services (Workplace Violence)

This role provides enterprise leadership to translate Sutter Health strategy into integrated healthcare-specific protective services and workplace violence prevention programs. The position ensures a coordinated system approach while tailoring implementation to affiliate operations, risk profiles, and culture. It involves directing the alignment of people, technology, and processes to reduce violence risk and safeguard patients, workforce members, visitors, property, and organizational interests.
