Director - Provider Network Contracting

The Director of Provider Network Contracting provides strategic leadership and direction for Wellmark's highest-level provider network contracting initiatives and negotiations. This role partners cross-functionally to design and implement contracting and provider payment strategies that support network cost of care, quality, and long-term sustainability. The position oversees sophisticated provider network initiatives to mitigate risk, improve affordability, and ensure adherence to contract performance and enterprise outcomes.
