The Director, PSC Operations Insights at Novartis is a senior analytics leader within Reimbursement Insights & Analytics who delivers data-driven insights to support Patient Support Center operations and improve reimbursement outcomes. The role partners across functions to inform program performance, launch readiness, and patient journey optimization. This is an onsite position based in East Hanover, NJ or Tempe, AZ with approximately 15% travel.
