About this role
A senior Quality Assurance leader responsible for establishing the Quality structure at the Wilmington Biotech Campus to ensure company policies and cGMP compliance for biologics manufacturing. The role supports development and execution of global QA systems for antibody drug conjugates and high-potent compounds. It also provides oversight of commissioning, qualification and validation activities for the facility, equipment, and processes.
