About this role
The Director of Quality Assurance for Teamfight Tactics will define and drive the long-term QA vision and roadmap for a major live-service game, shaping quality practices across multiple platforms and regions. This role leads and grows a global QA organization, partners with Product, Engineering, Design, Art, and Operations leaders, and influences Riot-wide quality standards. The director is accountable for organizational strategy, hiring and resourcing, and embedding quality as a core pillar of TFT’s development and delivery.
