Director Quality Competence Centre

The Director of the QA Competence Centre leads a global team of approximately 45 employees across Denmark, Hungary, and Poland to shape Coloplast's strategic quality agenda. Reporting to the VP of Global Quality, this role involves developing leadership capabilities, mobilizing stakeholders across R&D and Operations, and ensuring compliance with international medical device regulations. The position focuses on driving innovation, accelerating value creation, and maintaining high standards of patient safety within a highly regulated industry.
