Director, Quality Engineering

The Director, Quality Engineering provides global leadership for the Quality Engineering function, developing and implementing strategies to ensure medical devices are designed, manufactured, and distributed in compliance with safety, efficacy, and regulatory requirements. The role embeds prevention-based practices throughout the product lifecycle, from early development through post-market support, while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve product robustness and reduce quality risks. This position leads a high-performing organization, drives continuous improvement, and ensures operational excellence across manufacturing and distribution locations.
