The Director of the Division of Quality, Safety and Risk at Mercy is responsible for overseeing quality, risk, patient safety, and regulatory compliance within the healthcare system. Reporting directly to the Hospital President, the Director will ensure continual improvement in clinical quality and patient safety practices.
