Director, Quality & Operational Excellence

Ensurge Micropower is seeking a Director of Quality & Operational Excellence to build and lead end-to-end quality systems and operational excellence frameworks for a scaling solid-state battery manufacturer. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, this hands-on leader will define strategy, manage customer quality relationships, and ensure manufacturing stability from pilot stages to commercial production. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, standardizing production processes, and establishing a rigorous quality culture aligned with industry standards.
