The Director, Rates Trading will build and lead CSI FICC’s US Rates market making business, establishing a new trading desk in Asia hours and coordinating with onshore and offshore sales and the US trading desk. The role involves developing pricing tools, expanding direct participation in US Treasury central limit order books, and driving franchise-driven client flow internationally. The director will also oversee PnL outcomes and work with cross-functional teams to create the internal framework needed to support the business in Hong Kong.
