About this role
The Director, R&D and Business Development will lead the development and execution of R&D strategy for the Pulp Mills Business Unit, ensuring alignment with the broader Pulp, Energy and Circularity business area. The role focuses on strengthening the technology roadmap, advancing lifecycle thinking, and championing sustainability and innovation across internal and external stakeholders. The position is based at major business area locations in Finland or Sweden and reports to the Head of the Pulp Mills Business Unit.
