The Research & Development Portfolio and Analytical Services Director is a senior leadership role overseeing the organization’s R&D initiatives and analytical lab operations. Based in Sharonville, OH, this position reports to the CTO and ensures strategic alignment of the R&D project portfolio with business objectives and regulatory standards. The role partners with R&D, Operations, Applications, and Commercial teams to deliver a high-performing, compliant technical organization.

Qualifications
- BS in Chemistry

- Proficiency in Stage-Gate, Agile, PMBOK
