The Director, Regional Business leads the commercial and clinical performance of a defined region for PROCEPT BioRobotics’ robotic therapy for BPH. The role owns regional strategy execution, aligning national priorities with local plans to drive procedural volume, program maturity, and account retention. This leader builds and develops a team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists while serving as the senior commercial contact for surgeons, hospital executives, and IDN leadership. The position requires navigating complex hospital ecosystems and partnering across internal functions to ensure seamless adoption and sustained utilization of the technology.
