Director, Reimbursement Strategy

The Director, Reimbursement Strategy leads the translation of market access and reimbursement plans into field execution to improve patient access and therapy adoption. This role partners with cross‑functional teams—including Market Access, Field Reimbursement Managers, Commercial, and Legal—to develop scalable solutions, monitor payer policy changes, and support new product launches. It also provides strategic guidance to field teams, analyzes access data, and drives cross‑functional initiatives to enhance provider experience and access outcomes.
