About this role

This role leads the enterprise Repairs & Maintenance strategy for a rapidly growing multi-location retail environment with over 1,500 stores. The leader will build scalable operating models, standardize maintenance processes, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships to ensure operational excellence and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve enterprise Repairs & Maintenance strategy supporting rapid store growth
Build a scalable operating model to support future expansion across 1,500+ stores
Own and manage the R&M budget including forecasting and variance management
Establish and lead a national vendor strategy with performance KPIs
Lead enterprise programs for preventative maintenance and facility optimization

Skills

Qualifications

10+ years in facilities management or retail maintenanceExperience leading R&M for large-scale multi-location retail environmentsBS in facilities management, business, or related field (Preferred)
