Director, Revenue Cycle Operations & Improvement

PromptCare is seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Operations & Improvement to lead the order-to-cash transformation agenda and drive measurable improvements in key financial metrics such as bad debt, denial rates, and days sales outstanding. This role combines hands-on leadership of direct-report functions with cross-functional collaboration to strengthen systems, technology, and processes supporting long-term cash performance. The Director will serve as both a tactical project leader driving recovery initiatives and a strategic change agent building sustainable capabilities across the revenue cycle.
