Director, Risk and Assurance Enablement

The Director, Risk and Assurance Enablement is a senior U.S.-based leader within Novartis' Ethics, Risk & Compliance function focused on operationalizing the healthcare compliance risk management framework using data, technology, and process enablement. The role partners with analytics and corporate ERC teams to advance risk detection, assurance, and reporting across the organization. This position is based in East Hanover, NJ and supports enterprise-wide compliance initiatives.
