Director, Risk & Compliance

The Director, Risk & Compliance leads client delivery across the Risk and Compliance practice in Australia, owning end-to-end execution of large-scale control testing, governance, and risk transformation programs for banking and financial services clients. This role is accountable for delivery quality, client outcomes, commercial performance, and account growth while managing multi-disciplinary teams and serving as the senior point of contact for client stakeholders. The position requires deep GRC domain expertise combined with the commercial judgment to grow the business and the delivery discipline to run complex programs to plan.
