Director, Risk Strategy & Execution

As Director, Risk Strategy & Execution, you will partner with the Chief Risk Officer to define the long-term strategy, operating model, and execution of Imprint's Risk organization. This leadership role sits at the intersection of business strategy, risk management, product, and technology, focusing on Fraud, Credit, Collections, and Operational Risk. You will drive organizational alignment, translate complex analytical work into clear business strategies, and prepare executive communications to scale the company's risk capabilities.
