Director, Safety, Security & Environmental (SSE)

The Director, Safety, Security & Environmental (SSE) provides strategic leadership for occupational safety, physical security, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, and risk management initiatives to protect employees, customers, assets, and communities. This role develops and executes enterprise-wide strategies, policies, and programs that foster a proactive, prevention-focused culture of safety and environmental stewardship. The position partners across operations and support functions to ensure regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while championing the company's mission.
