The New Business Sales Director - CCaaS Solutions at TTEC Digital is responsible for driving new business revenue across the UK and Ireland, focusing on enterprise and mid-market clients undergoing digital customer experience transformation. The role owns the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract closure, selling multi-vendor CCaaS and AI-driven CX solutions. It is a consultative, individual-contributor position that works closely with internal Solution Architecture and Delivery teams as well as leading technology partners. The position is remote-based with travel as needed and sits within a high-growth, people-first digital CX organisation.
