Langley Federal Credit Union
The Director, Salesforce CRM Platform sets the strategic direction and oversees the delivery and operational health of Langley's Salesforce platform, including Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data 360. This role leads a team of administrators, developers, and architects while owning platform governance, configuration standards, and the Salesforce vendor ecosystem. The position partners with business leaders to translate member-experience priorities into platform capabilities and facilitates cross-functional prioritization.
