Director, SC Maintenance Strategy

The Director, SC Maintenance Strategy leads the development and continuous improvement of maintenance and reliability strategy, standards, processes, and capabilities across Lowe's Supply Chain network. This role provides enterprise ownership for the current and future-state maintenance model, including reliability practices, preventive maintenance standards, automation maintenance strategy, performance governance, and scalable processes that improve asset performance and operational consistency. The role partners closely with SC Maintenance Operations, Distribution Center Operations, Engineering, Technology, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business needs and performance trends into sustainable maintenance and reliability solutions.
