Director, Security and Compliance

MHC is seeking a hands-on Director, Security and Compliance to build and own the company's security, data governance, and AI governance programs as it scales. This role serves as the single point of accountability for maintaining customer trust, ensuring data and AI systems are secure, and keeping the organization audit-ready. The position involves setting strategy, executing compliance tasks, and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and sales teams.
