About this role
The Senior Legal Counsel will be based in Legal Services & Governance within the Legal & External Affairs division and reports to the Senior Director & Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Governance. This senior in-house role provides business-focused legal guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate and governance matters for HOOPP, supporting the organization’s mission to provide retirement security to Ontario healthcare workers. The position serves as a strategic advisor on corporate governance, litigation oversight, and related legal matters while contributing to team leadership and standards.
