About this role

The Director, SEO/GEO will define and execute Fora’s organic search strategy across traditional search engines and AI-powered discovery platforms, building technical foundations, experimentation frameworks, and scalable systems to drive sustainable growth. This hands‑on individual contributor role partners with content, product, engineering, analytics, and other teams to develop and automate SEO and generative engine optimization initiatives that support advisor acquisition and bookings.

Responsibilities

Define and execute organic search strategy across SEO and GEO
Lead generative engine optimization for AI discovery platforms
Partner with engineering to conduct technical SEO audits and improve site performance
Build AI agents and automated workflows to scale SEO processes
Design measurement frameworks linking organic performance to business outcomes
