Director, Site Construction

As the Director of Site Construction for Bell's AI Fabric initiative, you will serve as the senior on-site authority responsible for the physical delivery of large-scale, high-density data centers across Canada. This leadership role involves managing complex capital projects from groundbreaking through commissioning, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee general contractors, and collaborate with engineering and operations to build mission-critical AI-ready infrastructure.
