Director, Site Strategy and Performance

The Director, Site Strategy and Performance serves as the senior strategic leader responsible for translating enterprise priorities into actionable local and regional strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. This role acts as the key connection between the System Strategy Office and site leadership, ensuring enterprise initiatives are aligned with local market needs, investment priorities, governance standards, and execution plans. Working closely with executive, clinical, and operational leaders, the Director drives strategic planning, investment decision-making, and performance improvement efforts while ensuring successful execution and accountability for financial, clinical, operational, and growth objectives.
