The Director, SMR's-EPC leads the strategic growth, operational execution, and financial performance of Rosendin’s Small Modular Reactor Engineering, Procurement, and Construction portfolio. This role involves establishing the operational direction for an emerging business area, cultivating critical client and industry relationships, and overseeing the successful delivery of complex nuclear infrastructure projects. The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and deep technical understanding of EPC project delivery within the nuclear or power generation sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead comprehensive business and operating strategy for SMR EPC portfolio
Own financial performance including P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting
Provide executive oversight across full EPC project lifecycle from development to commissioning

Qualifications
