Director, Software Engineering (Infrastructure)

The role reports to the VP of Infrastructure and is responsible for leading a global Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, operating the operations center, and ensuring 4‑9’s availability and high performance of ServiceTitan's mission‑critical software. The leader will oversee release management, capacity planning, observability, and drive operational best practices across the organization.
