The Director of Engineering for eSource will own delivery and product strategy for Paradigm Health’s eSource offerings, partnering with product and commercial teams to define and launch the initial product and shape the longer-term technology roadmap. This role aligns engineering, data science and AI efforts to build a scalable Study Conduct platform that supports customer onboarding and drives revenue. The position also focuses on building and developing a high-performing engineering team and ensuring successful implementations and excellent user experiences.
