The Director of Software Engineering leads the Software Engineering department within the Technology & Product (TPD) organization to support CAE USA Defense & Security and corporate strategic objectives. The role provides technical leadership for software and hardware integration across the product lifecycle and ensures delivery of high-quality, integrated products. This is a full-time, in-office leadership position focused on workforce planning, departmental performance, and alignment with DoD program requirements.
