The Director of Solutions Engineering (EMEA) at Grafana Labs will build and lead a regional presales Solutions Engineering team, drive regional go-to-market execution, and partner with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to increase adoption of Grafana products. The role owns regional planning and financial targets, influences product roadmap through customer feedback, and represents the company to strategic customers and partners across EMEA. This is a senior leadership role with global impact in a remote-first organization.
